From today, we lay the foundation for a spirit that will last for generations to come. We are the architects of the school spirit. I stand before you today as your Deputy Spirit Master 2025. It is with great honour and gratitude that I accept this position, and I’ll ensure that the spirit of our school reaches heights it has never reached before.
To the students, I commend you! Your energy, enthusiasm, and school pride at the Inter-tribe Gala on 17 January were truly inspiring, as we strive for excellence always. The keys to unlocking your full potential are in your hands. To the teachers, I applaud you for your selfless dedication, your unwavering love, and your tireless commitment to our growth and success. Your impact may not always be seen, but it is always felt.
Let me be clear: we’re not just building on past successes; we’re forging a new path. This year, we will dominate every derby day, every game, and every event. We won’t just be changing the narrative; we will be rewriting the entire story. We’ll be redefining what it means to represent the badge we wear every single day, and furthermore, what it means to be a legend.
We’ve scratched the surface of our spirit’s raw power, but that’s about to change. Our presence will be felt, our spirit will ignite, and when it does, nothing will be able to stop us!
It’s time to ‘spell it out’ so the world can see: MCM (Mass Choreography Movement). If sports, culture, and service aren’t your thing, then this is your calling: Tuesdays and Thursdays, after school, at the stands. One badge, one spirit, one name.
